Job Introduction
Manufacturing Department: Processing Team Work
The manufacturing department manufactures machinery and equipment based on blueprints.
The machining team is responsible for producing various parts by cutting and welding materials such as iron and stainless steel.
Using various processing machines, materials are cut, bent, drilled, and other processes, and then joined by welding to produce each part. The parts produced by the processing team are then assembled by the assembly team to complete the main body of the machine.
System Design Department Work
The System Design Department is responsible for the design of the machine body and the electrical design.
We design based on standard machines according to the customer's requests and specifications, and create drawings using 3D CAD. Along with the machine itself, we create electrical wiring diagrams for control so that it works according to specifications. Furthermore, after the machine is assembled, we check the software and adjust it so that it works according to specifications. Electrical staff often travel to the customer's site.
