We are seeking partner companies in the field of PLC control panels and electrical wiring, which are essential components of our equipment.
Because all of our equipment is custom-made, the circuit configuration, panel size, and wiring specifications differ for each unit.
Therefore, we are seeking partner companies that can correctly understand drawings and handle high-quality control panel manufacturing and wiring installation.

Business content
  • Control panel manufacturing based on electrical drawings and specifications provided by our company.
  • Electrical wiring work to the main unit of the device (power lines, signal lines, sensor wiring, etc.)
  • Power on and operation check of the control panel
  • I/O verification of the entire device using a PLC
  • Electrical wiring support after shipment and during on-site setup.

Technical and Skill Requirements

[Required requirements]

  • Experience in control panel manufacturing or electrical wiring for industrial machinery is required (approximately 5 years or more).
  • The ability to understand electrical diagrams and to perform wiring and construction based on those diagrams.
  • To manage work quality and processes to ensure completion.
  • The company must have employees who hold a Class 2 Electrician's License or higher.

[Preferred qualifications]

  • Experience handling PLCs from companies such as Mitsubishi Electric and Keyence.
  • 実績: Manufacturing track record of control panels for industrial machinery and manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience in electrical compliance for European-market equipment, including CE compliance.
