We are seeking technical expertise that can handle everything from ladder design to on-site adjustments in the development of custom equipment control systems. We are actively seeking partner companies capable of handling PLC software.

Background/purpose

Because all of our equipment is custom-designed to meet customer specifications, the PLC software is also developed individually for each project.
In recent years, the workload on software development tasks has increased due to the rise in projects, the sophistication of specifications, and the need to meet tight deadlines.
Therefore, we are strengthening our collaboration with partner companies that can handle PLC software design, debugging, and startup, aiming to expand our development system, distribute the workload, shorten delivery times, and improve quality.

■ Control design skills

  • Experience and skills in designing sequence control (ladder diagrams).
  • The ability to read control specifications and I/O lists.
  • Experience in building interlock and safety circuit logic.

  • Experience in PLC ladder logic design for companies such as Mitsubishi, Omron, and Keyence.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of FB (Function Block)/ST language
