History

• 1973

  Established in January (started operations in 1970)
  Started selling infrared-based dryers for post-screen printing

• 1975

  Completion of standard model of infrared drying oven for solder resist used in printed wiring boards

• 1977

  Started production of consumer automatic printing line equipment (e.g. feeder, receiver)

• 1978

  Developed consumer solder resist drying equipment and infrared irradiation equipment

• 1982

  Completed industrial printed wiring board patterning pre-processing equipment/Sales reached 1 billion yen
  Developed drying equipment for thin substrates (0.1t) in collaboration with Hitachi, Ltd.

• 1983

  Infrared irradiation equipment achieved market share of 65% to 70%
  Achieved market share of 50% to 30% for consumer lines

• 1986

  Current head office building completed

• 1987

  Completed automatic exposure machine prototype. Jointly developed with Kyoei Sangyo Co., Ltd. and applied for patent.

• 1990

  Completion of in-line type airless spray equipment for liquid solder resist
  Completion of hanging drying furnace for silver through holes

• 1991

  Completed double-sided electrostatic spray equipment for liquid solder resist/Established Niigata Factory

• 1993

  Completion of roll coater system

• 1995

  Direct Metallization Completed
  Established PTWING INDONESIA in Jakarta

• 1996

  Vertical roll coater completed (patent pending)
  Sales of insulation layer (thick film) formation system using the same roll coater started
  Clean oven completed (Class 100 achieved)

• 1998

  Constructing a liquid pattern ink application system using a roll coater

• 1999

  Contracted with Ciba-Geigy to become distributor in North America and Europe (Liquid Pattern System)

• 2002

  Launch of new vertical double-sided electrostatic spray system

• 2003

  Roll coater equipment cumulative sales reach 100 units

• 2004

  Started sales of CSP compatible roll coater system

• 2005

  Started development of R to R SR coating system

• 2006

  Started development of roll coater system for plating resist

• 2007

  Clean room assembly work completed

• 2008

  Cumulative sales of roll coater equipment reaches 200 units

  Started development of roll coater for motherboards
  Started development of solder resist flattening technology

  Start of evaluation testing for rapid secure processes (etching resist ink and solder resist ink)

  Completed vertical coating and drying test system (double-sided roll coater + rapid cure oven)
  Exhibiting at "Finetech Japan 2012" and "JPCA Show 2012"
  Completion and start of sales of R to R roll coating system (horizontal roll coater + rapid cure oven)

  Completed horizontal coating and drying test system (double-sided roll coater and rapid cure oven)
