We wanted to build an efficient drying process that could handle small-lot, high-mix production, but we were facing the following problems:
- I want to reduce the workload as much as possible, such as changing setups and changing device settings, and ensure smooth operation.

Examples and Uses
In order to achieve optimal drying treatment for each product, we have constructed a system that links a conveyor line with multiple box furnaces.
・Based on information such as the QR code attached to the product, the appropriate box furnace is automatically selected and the product is inserted through the automatic door.
・The temperature setting of the box furnace is also automatically set to the optimum conditions by linking with the host system.
・Conveyor lines can also be configured with electric actuators and articulated robots.
